Use of experts in international arbitration LCIA releases note and practice guidance

Herbert Smith Freehills provide some comments on the Note released by the LCIA in relation to the use of experts. The authors observe that the Note serves as a useful reminder that each type of expert participation in the arbitral process presents opportunities for the effective resolution of a dispute and provides some guidance on how to get the most out of expert involvement.
