PRC court enforces HKIAC arbitration award in favour of Australian gold mining company

Herbert Smith Freehills review the July 2017 decision from the Beijing No. 4 Intermediate People’s Court, where the Court enforced a Hong Kong award in favour of Stonewall Resources Limited, an Australian listed gold mining company, with enforcement occurring less than a year after being issued by the Hong Kong tribunal.
