DLA Piper review the ICC’s Note to the Parties and Arbitral Tribunals on the Conduct of the Arbitration under the ICC Rules of Arbitration. The review deals with:

  • Disclosures by arbitrators and prospective arbitrators
  • Additional services in respect of the constitution of arbitral tribunals
  • Transparency
  • Protection of personal data
  • Treaty-based arbitrations and submissions by amici curiae
  • Duties of administrative secretaries
