About This Site

The inspiration for establishing this site came from a desire to offer, on a digital platform, access to the numerous articles and case notes produced (almost) daily by legal practitioners around the world on matters relevant to international arbitration practitioners. The intention is not to reinvent the wheel but rather to catalogue articles produced by international arbitration firms and provide direct links to their respective websites. The material is global with a focus on the Asia-Pacific and the English courts.

For targeted searching, posts have been catalogued by way of a “categories” drop-box which contains tag lines that will be familiar to arbitration and litigation practitioners or through the search button. And, by signing up to receive the International Arbitration Newsletter, you will receive links to the articles regularly; an easy no-obligation way to stay up to date with the latest IA legal developments.

If you would like to contribute to this site, please get in touch via the “Contact Us” page.
