The material is global with a focus on the Asia-Pacific and the English courts.

Phillip Rompotis is a practising barrister and arbitrator in Hong Kong with nearly 30 years’ experience as a commercial disputes lawyer across a range of practice areas including construction, engineering, energy, financial services, technology, insolvency, property & trusts. Phillip has extensive experience in conducting arbitration proceedings, both as counsel and arbitrator, as well as set aside and enforcement proceedings under the New York Convention (see here).
