About This Site

The inspiration for establishing this site came from a desire to provide access to the numerous articles and case notes produced by legal practitioners around the world (including the authors) on matters relevant to international arbitration practitioners. The material is global with a focus on the Asia-Pacific and the English courts.

For targeted searching, posts have been catalogued by way of a “categories” drop-box which contains tag lines that will be familiar to arbitration and litigation practitioners or through the search button. And, by signing up to receive the International Arbitration Newsletter, you will receive links to the articles regularly; an easy no-obligation way to stay up to date with IA legal developments.

If you would like to contribute to this site, please get in touch via the “Contact Us” page.
